17. Effective date.

This ordinance is ordered to take effect on October 20, 1997, said date being one or more days after publication in The Holland Sentinel, a newspaper having general circulation in the Township, pursuant to the provisions of Act 246 of the Public Acts of 1945, as amended.

Adopted at a regular meeting of the Park Township Board held on October 9, 1997.
